The crew can organize the load, carry belongings into the vehicle and place unloaded furniture and boxes in the rooms you identify. You provide and drive the truck or trailer, or arrange container delivery and pickup with the container company. For help at both ends of a local move, include both addresses in your request.

Start with the truck or container size and an inventory of the belongings that need to be moved. Describe the stairs, elevator rules and distance from the loading space to the door at each address, and identify furniture that needs disassembly. If you need loading and unloading, tell us when the vehicle or container will be ready at each location so the crew and time estimate cover the full job.
For local moves, stairs cost $10 per distinct flight used at pickup and delivery, charged once, not per hour, mover or trip. Elevator-only access has no stair charge.
Your written quote confirms the crew, rate, minimum, service addresses and agreed loading or unloading work. You arrange the truck or container and its transportation.
Confirm that the truck or container will be accessible at the agreed time. Label boxes by destination room, separate items that should remain accessible, and identify furniture needing approved disassembly. Tell us the ramp or loading-door arrangement and confirm any equipment or materials in the written quote.
