Privacy policy

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, move date, locations, service selection, access details, inventory, and other information you choose to provide. We also include your optional referral answer, the referring website hostname when available, and marketing campaign labels from your visit in your submitted request to understand how customers find us. We preserve these limited referral labels in your browser tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours, so moving between our pages does not erase the original source. We do not include full referring URLs or advertising click identifiers.

How we use it

We use quote information to respond, plan the requested moving service, prepare pricing, schedule work, provide customer support, prevent spam, and improve our website. We do not sell customer information.

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit a quote request and consent to contact, Safe4Motion may call, text, or email you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

AI move-planning tool

If you choose to use the AI move planner, we send the move details you entered—such as inventory, service type, ZIP codes, access, and vehicle needs—to OpenAI to produce planning guidance. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to the AI tool. Do not include sensitive personal information in the inventory or move-details fields. AI guidance is not a binding quote or a confirmed booking.

Website measurement

We record basic first-party website activity such as page views and completed quote requests without intentionally storing visitor IP addresses in our lead database. We also use Google Analytics to understand visits and website interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process device, browser, approximate-location, and interaction information. Storage and retention

Quote and customer-service records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, safety, accounting, and customer-support purposes. We use service providers to host and operate the website.

We use FormSubmit to email website requests to our team. Submitted names, contact information, service addresses, and move details are sent to FormSubmit for that purpose. If the website server cannot send the notification, your browser may send those same details directly to FormSubmit. Your request is also stored in our website records so we can follow up.

Your choices
